公司主營(yíng)的真空鍍膜機(jī)，高真空擴(kuò)散泵，用戶遍布全球，公司生產(chǎn)的真空爐體、真空連續(xù)線設(shè)備獲得國(guó)內(nèi)外多個(gè)大客戶的青睞。公司高真空油擴(kuò)散泵獲得國(guó)家專利二十余項(xiàng)，其自主研發(fā)生產(chǎn)的36寸擴(kuò)散泵，有力的打破了國(guó)外對(duì)大尺寸真空擴(kuò)散泵進(jìn)出口的限制。近年來，公司積極響應(yīng)國(guó)家十三五計(jì)劃的號(hào)召，助力高精密制造，為國(guó)家的一芯二屏貢獻(xiàn)力量，公司成立了顯示裝備事業(yè)部，生產(chǎn)的掩膜框、掩膜框卡匣、玻璃卡匣及各種高精度零部件已獲得多個(gè)國(guó)內(nèi)外知名面板廠家的認(rèn)可。

The vacuum furnace body and vacuum continuous line equipment produced by the company have won the favor of many major customers both domestically and internationally. The company's high vacuum oil diffusion pump has obtained more than 20 national patents, and its independently developed and produced 36 inch diffusion pump has effectively broken the foreign restrictions on the import and export of large-sized vacuum diffusion pumps.
